Proper factory utility planning prevents electrical voltage drops, cooling water flow bottlenecks, and structural floor vibration during continuous extrusion machinery operation.

2. Water Chiller & Compressed Air Sizing

Cooling capacity must match total extruded resin output (approximately 1 kW of chilling capacity per 15 kg/h of PE film throughput). Compressed air supply must be dry and oil-free (ISO 8573-1 Class 2.4.2) to prevent pneumatic valve failure.
